About:Harbin Ice and Snow World

Hi,

I'm visiting Harbin on 21 Dec, may I know what is the temp. during this period and if thermal and down jacket is sufficient? What about the pants? Need anything special?

Hi,

Thanks for the info. so thermal wear + thick pants shld be ok right? or I need to purchase pants specially for such cold weather? I will be stopping at Beijing first, anything I could buy from there and how much will it cost (est.)?

I recommend you buy them in Harbin after arriving and deciding what's to buy. Also, there are more kinds of thermal clothes in Harbin.

The temperature in late December is -10 C and lower (maybe low to -20 degrees). So, wear sweater too. About pants, thermal, woolen one and trousers. Need warm gloves and hat and warm shoes or boots.
