Suggest you walk around Tsim Sha Tsui at the first day you get there. There are the Space Museum, Museum of HK History, Cultural Center and Avenue of Stars. A lot of shopping centers here, such as Harbor City, New World Center, SOGO, Park Lane Shoppers' Boulevard. There is a Quanjude Peking Roast Duck in South Seas Center, Mody Road, TST East. As to dimsum, DaoCheung Restaurant in 3F, Silvercord Tower, Canton Road, TST, near Harbor City and China Ferry Terminal. Then you can have one day in Disneyland and almost one day in Ocean Park. You can go to the Victoria Peak at the same day of Ocean Park. At night, you may take MTR from TST to Yau Ma Tei. Then walk to the Temple Street and Jade Street. After Victoria Peak, you can consider go to SOHO in Central and get around Causeway Bay.
