Hi Ms. Lizé,first of all I´m afraid you are not able to finish all the destinations you listed all in one day, since there are too many things.
You can walk to China Ferry Terminal to take ferry to Macau from Hong Kong, it would be like 20 minutes walk. And you can either buy backward ticket you arriving there or when you are going back, I think buy the ticket once you arrive there would be better. I suggest you several places to go, like Fisherman's Wharf, Senado Square, Venetian Macau, St. Paul's Ruins and Macau Tower are the mustsees, others you can go there if it is on the way. For food, try egg tart of Margaret when you are at Senado Square.
