There is no direct bus from Macau to Luohu, you can go like this, take bus to Zhuhai Boarder, pass the customs and take long distance bus to Shenzhen Luohu at the boarder, where there are several bus stations. Remember to take bus to Qiaoshe Station (侨社客运站) and thus you'll find Luohu Commercial city once you get off the bus. Costs around CNY90.

I'm afraid that there is only a few of English signs. You'd better write down your destination in Chinese and show it to the ticket staff. The bus' Licence plate number will be printed on the ticket. Then, follow the directions to the bus platform and find the right bus. Anyway, I think the other Chinese will be pleasure to help you find the right bus. Take easy!
