About:China Visa

Hi!i am from pakistan.student in China.my study visa will finish in mid of 2011.if i get the work permit here then will i apply for Z visa from Pakistan or can apply from here china?do an exit is required after study visa is over(for Z visa)?

So, currently, you are on a X visa. As the rule, you are required to apply for a Z visa in your home country.

You need to exit China after the student visa expires. Please apply for China work visa in Pakistan, generally speaking, we can't get a work visa in China. Only some persons who work in a reputable unit or government office, such as a public university have chance to get a work visa in China without leaving.
