About:Embassy & Consulates of Japan in China

am an intenatioanl language student studying in zhejiang university hangzhou do i need agent to help me apply for a holiday visa to japan in janaury.and which consulate do i need to apply?

You need an agency appointed by the embassy from Zhejiang to apply for a Japan visa from Japanese embassy in Shanghai. The list of these agencies can be found on their official site.
