For the Asia Games, visa on arrival is possible to get now. So, if you want to travel China in the next few months this year, apply for the visa in advance.

I travel from LAX(Los Angeles) to Pen (Penang), transit time 12 hrs. Is there any way I can get a temporary transit allowance 12 or 14 hrs visa to get to a hotel...
