About:What to Buy in Quanzhou

I travel with a folding battery operated scooter to minimize walking, although I can walk sporadically I use the scooter to allow my bad foot to rest occasionally. Is it possible to travel within China by air or train with a small scooter (weighs about 85 pounds and pulls like a suitcase or can be lifted by my husband and I up stairs when necessary). I really want to go to China. Am I dreaming or have I lost my mind?

What kind of battery in your scooter? Wet battery are not allowed on flight in China. Lithium battery cannot be taken as checked luggage.
