About:Chongqing

Is it possible to visit Dazu rock carvings in Chongqing from Chengdu in just one day? Best way for return transportation..train or bus?

Well, you could take a bus from Chengdu Xinnanmen Bus Station to arrive at Dazu Rock in 4 hours. Then, have a visit for 1~2 hours. In the afternoon, you could take a bus return to Chengdu. However, you'd better purchase the return bus ticket when you arrive in Dazu. I think it is possible if you leave for the site early that morning.
