Then walk to Senado Square, Ruins of St. Pauls, sorry, not sure about the place "Cathedral Square" , Monte Fort is located beside Macau Museum, you can walk there. Then you can walk or take Buses 3, 3A to Praca Ferreira Amaral to Hotel Lisboa and Wynn Tower. Why don't you go to Camoes Garden before Lisboa? Since these two places are at the opposite directions of Ruins of st. Pauls. You can walk to Guia Hill from Camoes Garden.
And if you visit Lisboa after Guia Hill, you can take Buses 23 or 32 from Lisboa Hotel to Macau Tower. And from Macau Tower, there is no direct bus to Venetian Macau, you can take Bus 32 and take the free shuttle bus from Sands to Venetian Macau.
