Dear Sir or Madam
I am from Vietnam, I will fly to Macau and come to Hongkong (I don't come to Macau)this year.
I will use express link at airport Macau, can you help me:
1/. The cost we will pay from Airport Macau to ferry? Where do we buy ticket?
2/. The cost we will pay for Ferry from Macau to Hongkong? Where do we buy ticket? We can book ticket online?

There is no ferry terminal at Macau Airport, you need to take ferry at Taipa Temporary Ferry Terminal, I'm afraid you'll have to enter Macau, so you need to apply for a visa to enter Macau, or you'd better take direct flight to Hong Kong rather than Macau.
