I AM GOING TO TAIPEI ON 12/11/2010, WHAT TYPE ON COAT OR JACKET SHOULD I BRING?

Hi, the temperature will be about 17 to 24C. It is cool and pleasant. You can wear long-sleeved T-shirts, plus one or two light jackets.
