First of all, Fenshui Town is located in Tonglu, Zhejiang Province, a little far from Shanghai.
Will you come here from Shanghai Pudong Airport? If so, after arrive at the airport, please take shuttle bus Line 1 (1hour) to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station or Line 5 (1hour) to Shanghai Railway Staion. Both of these two railay station do supply G-trains (CNY131) to take you to Hangzhou City in one hour. Then, you should take a taxi (about 30 minutes and CNY40) to Hangzhou West Bus Station where you could catch a coach to arrive in Fenshui Town directly in 2 hours with a fare of CNY29.
