Hi, that time it usually rains, the temperature would be above 10C but when it rains it would be cold, and your shoes can get wet easily, better prepare an additional pair of shoes. You can wear sweaters and jacket. For shopping, you can tour around the pedestrian street in Guilin, or you can go to Yangshuo Xijie.
