Last Augest I went to China using business visa,I was succsess and import one machine from shanhai, now I am planing to go china again ,It is possible to get business visa with out invitation letter or not?(My supllier were try to get these leeter again but there goverment office told to them no need again letter for next visa application)

You can't get business visa without invitation letter.
