About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

My friend from China would like to visit Singapore, I was told that it is very difficult for them to apply for a visa in China and would be easier for us in Singapore to apply or write-in here and send the approved letter to her in China, is this true and where or whom should I write to please.

In fact, you can apply for a Singapore visa for your Chinese friend through Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, you can find its official website to read the information carefully, after you get the Singapore visa, you can mail it to your friend.
