About:Dual Nationality

Hi,

I was born in Hong Kong 1987 and I still have my birth sertificate or document as you would say. My parents moved to Finland after few years in Hong Kong and now I have finnish nationality. I understand that China won't allow dual nationality but is it possible to me obtain chinese nationality? And if it's possible, where I can do such things. Thanks for answer!

Yes, possible to obtain CHinese Nationality, but not easy. You have close relatives in China or you have lived in China for a long time, I mean residence permit. You should handle this in local entry-exit administration office in China.
