About:Beijing Travel

hi! we will be in Beijing on Nov28 till the first week of December. Since it will be very cold on those dates, is tour to Mutianyu great wall be possible? how about riding in a cable car, will it be safe too? we are booked at Crowne Plaza and do have a tour arrangement with one of the travel agencies in beijing. I am thinking of how and where to spend our time after the days tour. Is shopping area very near our hotel(Crowne Plaza)..can you help us how to get to the nearest area to spend shopping and sightseeing during night time? thank you very much

Hi, You can still go to visit Mutianyu Great Wall, but you need to wear more warm clothes when go there. Be careful1！A cable car is OK.
Your hotel are in Wangfujing area which is a famous commercial area in Beijing. You can do shopping around your hotel in this area via walking. You can hang out in the evening to Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. You can also take taxi to Beihai Park, Hou Hai Hu tong and Yong He Gong Lama Temple. These sightseeings are not far from your hotel.
