Wikipedia says that in 2011 the Festival is celebrated on June 16, what's the exact date? June 6 2011 or June 16 2011? Are there any celebrations in Beijing?

You mean the Dragon Boat Festival. Generally, there will be dragon boat competitions and small temple fairs in the suburban area of Beijing.
