Is it possible to rent a hotel room on the capital international airport of beijing? when it's not possible is there 'n transitvisum necessary for having a hotelroom out of the airport?

Actually, there is a few hotels around the airport. But you can easily find one in the downtown Beijing and the transportation between the airport and the downtown area is very convenient.
