I'm planning on visiting Chendgu first week of December, but I'm not sure what how to get there from Beijing...
What woudl be the best way? HOw much would it cost?

Chengdu is far from Beijing. The best way of traveling would be by air. Ticket varies from rmb 900-1,500. You can see the detailed info of the flights at China Flights(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-flights/) by entering the leaving and arrival stations.
