About:Beijing Taxi

Is it safe to take the taxi from Beijing West Station to my hotel near Jintaixizhao subway? Does the taxis go by meter or do I have to negotiate the price? Thank you.

Hi, generally speaking, it is safe. The taxis usually go by meter.
