i'll be visiting hangzhou coming 18 nov till 22 , whats the weather gonna be?

Might be a little cold then, but it is not easy to predict now, better keep noticing the weather forecast of Hangzhou days before you come, that would be helpful in packing.

yes there are snows in winter. but , not too much as other regions
