About:How to Visit the Forbidden City

how far is the forbidden city from the grand hotel in beijing...Also how cold is it in october end in Beijing??? thankyou

Very closed from the hotel to Forbidden City, just walk to reach there. The south exit of the hotel is face to the East Chang'an Dajie. Turn right and walk a long the street for about 700 meters to Tiananmen Tower. Enter the gate to reach the entrance to Forbidden City. Not very cold in the end of Oct. The temperature is about 10-15 degrees, or lower to 5 degrees. No rain.
