My brother lives in nanjing and from nanjing he want to call bangladesh he is using china mobile how much it will cost to make a call in bangladesh and if he send a sms from there how much it will cost ?

Hi， generally speaking, it costs CNY0.8/6s to make an international call and CNY1 per message. However, it may be different in differnet place in china and different time in the day. Thus, you'd better concult this from the local China mobile company.
