i want to visit the hebei province for purches of glass from shahe city, so kindly guide me from city it will be near, i am arrving from hongkong, please reply.

The best way is taking direct train from Hong Kong to Beijing, since the train will arrive at Beijing West Railway Station, you can take train from that railway station immediately to Shahe City. Good Luck!
