About:Three Kingdoms City

Dear Mr/Ms
I want to go Kunming(China) by bus for my business.Should I aply the visa first ? Or Can I get it from the border?
Are there Chinese consulate in Luang Prabang ?

You should apply for China visa first from China embassy in Vientiane, it is impossible for you to get a visa on arrival at the border, there is not Chinese consulate in Luang Prabang.
