Hi,
1. I think you'd better go there as early as possible in the morning. It is hard to say how long you will need to queue to buy the tickets. If you get there late, you may need 2-3 hours.
2. There are many wheelchair povided in the expo site, but i think you'd better to bring your own in case it is short. The queue for wheelchair is not so long as others. You may go there around 07:00.
3. You can take taxi to Bansongyuan lu Gate and the taxi fare is about CNY25-30.
4. You need to buy the standard day ticket at the expo site.
5. You can make reservation through the reservation machine in front of China pavillion or the expo site gates.
