Dear Sir,
My associate has purchased a tug boat in China and intend to send a set of Indonesian crew/seaman from Malaysia here, to bring back the tug. In this case are Visas required and may I know what are the procedures.

You can apply for business visa to China from Chinese Visa Application Service Center, let the company in China send you all an invitation letter. Other requirements are listed above on this page. The genreal processing time is 4 working days.
