Hi, you need visa to enter China, better apply for one in advance in your country. And also, for best shopping place, what kind of stuff do you want to buy? Some Chinese cities are specified in some kinds of products, such as Guangzhou is the best wholesale market for clothes, but for electronics, you'd better go to Shenzhen or Beijing.

Wholesale markets are the best plase for bargain shopping, such as Great Red Gate Costumes Wholesales Market and Machang Qianjia Commodity Wholesale Market.
