About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

where can i get a certificate of singleness i am chinese been here in philippines for 5 years.do i need to go to china?thank you

Since you live there for 5 years already, you can go to Chinese embassy there in Philippines. But better call at their number to make sure for that.
