About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi,
I am a Bangladeshi national and currently working in Malaysia. I want to apply for a tourist visa in Hong Kong for a week and I have all the documents mentioned such as valid work permit with validity more than 6 months, return ticket etc. However, I wish to know how much in bank is considered "sufficient fund" and how long I need to have it there.

For example, if I were to apply for a Korean visa, it asks me I need to have at least 3,000 USD in the bank for last 3 months as sufficient fund.

May I ask if you know about this? Appreciate your help.

Er.it depends. Generally, the rate is about USD100/day, so, you'd better show a bank account with more than USD700 for your one week trip to HK.
