They are are in lantau Island and it avoid detour for you to go to Jordan from Airport and go back to Lantau Island. Wax Museum is in Victoria Peak and not necessary to go there again next day after you visit the Peak. How do you think about this? Just my opinion.

Cross the road to find your guesthouse. The bus fare is 33HKD. Q2 - Jordan - Lai King - Sunny Bay - Disneyland through two transfers. Cost: 18.5HKD. Q3 - Cotai jet is available in both ferry terminals in Hong Kong. China Ferry Terminal is the closest one. You can walk to this one from your hote: Walk toward Austin Road along Nanthan Road. Then turn left to China Ferry Temrinal. Q4 - Take MTR from Jordan to Admiralty, only two stops for 8.5HKD. Then take bus 629 from Exit B of Admiralty MTR Station to OCean Park directly, 10.6HKD. Q5 - Jordan - Lai King - Tung Chung (next stop of Sunny Bay, Tung Chung Line). Walk 5 minutes from Exit B to the cable car station to Ngong Ping. The MTR fare is 15.5HKD and the cable is 107HKD for round trip, 74HKD for single way. Q6 - also back to the airport by Airport bus A21, get on the bus at Nanking Road Nanthan Road joint area, north of your guesthouse. 33HKD.

yes, your guesthouse is a nice place to stay in. And from Ocean Park to Avenue of Stars, you can take Bus 629 to Admiralty and then take MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui Exit J and then walk to there.

Victoria Peak is not near Avenue of Stars, the former one is on HOng Kong Island while the latter one is located at the seaside at Tsim Sha Tsui. In Macau, you have many choices, the Fisherman's Wharf, Venetian Macau, Senado Square, A-ma Temple, Ruins of St. Paul's.
