hi sir, mam, good evening.. i will be going to china on 2 jan until 14 jan 2011 to visit my wife and son, i would like to ask what are the requirements for tourist visa (L) since my wife were not yet married.

The requirements are almost the same as what were listed above on this page. for No.4, you can provide hotel reservation only to apply for an L visa to China if you can not provide document for your relationship.
