Is december/january a good time to visit shanghai or is it too cold for sightseeing

Yes, Shanghai will be cold and humid in Dec and Jan. If you would like to enjoy some natural scenery, it is suggested that you come here from April to Oct. As for other sightseeings, they are fine to visit at anytime.0
