About:China Visa Fees

Good morning!

I work for a US Company that has a factory in China. We usually travel here every 3 months on a Business Visa. I have obtained about 3 Visas like this in the past. They asked me in 2010 to come to school and learn Chinese. So I got a Student Visa and did my semester. Then they asked me to do it again, so I got another Student Visa and came here. When I came, they told me they didn't want me to go to school anymore, so I cancelled my Student Visa. I just noticed that it expired on 09/30. So I have currently overstayed in China for 8 days. It is EXTREMELY important that I do the best thing that I can so that I can get another visa soon, as this is my job. I was told at work that I can hire a company that can request a Tourist Visa for me here, they say to do this I would not have to go back to the US, I can do it all here and it can be completed in a week. I could also pay the fine and go back to the US and request another Business Visa to come back. PLEASE HELP ME! I need to be able to get another visa approved. If not, I may lose my job. Also, the entire Management Staff will be coming here in November 8-15th. They need me to be here with them. If I go back to the US. Will I be able to request a new Business Visa just 2 weeks after my violation? Please confirm.

You shoulf pay the fine to the local police and back to US for visa processing. Generally, the processing time for a new visa is 4 working days with all required documents well prepared. Your error is not serious, with full apologise, it will not be an obstruction for a new visa.
