I think the best option is airport bus. You can take bus A21 and get alight off at Sino Centre, Nathan Road or Man Ming Lane, Nathan Road. Then walk to Waterloo Road. Walk along the road till you see Kowloon Central Library. Then the Anne Black is there. Ticket for Ocean Park is available. The entrance fee to Disneyland is350HKD for adult and 250HKD for kids 3-11 years old. Ocean Park costs 250HKD for adult and 125HKD for kids. This will be the major payout except hotel. You can also go to Victoria Peak and see the Wax Museum. Then do some shopping, see temple street, jade market etc.

The Salisbury YWCA or Anne Black YWCA? It is a nice hotel, I think, but the Anne Black is a bit difficult to find. The first one is perfectly located.
