Hello.I hope someone can help us.My boyfriend (chinese) and I are currently living in Japan.I have a working holiday visa, he has a visa for permanent stay in Japan.But nevertheless he is a Chinese.We want to go to Germany next year because my visa will exceed next july.Its is very difficult for Chinese people to go to Germany.Do they treat my boyfriend like a normal Chinese passport holderor is it easier for him to go to Germany because he is holding a Japanese visa?I already asked the embassy but they seam to be busy and I am still waiting for an answer. Thank you so much in advance :)

Sure, your boyfriend is a Chinese passport holder. But his Japan visa is helpful when apply for visa to Germany. For more details, you'd better refer to your German embassy.
