About:Passport

Hello.
I hope someone can help us.
My boyfriend (chinese) and I are currently living in Japan.
I have a working holiday visa,
he has a visa for permanent stay in Japan.
But nevertheless he is a Chinese.
We want to go to Germany next year because my visa will exceed next july.
Its is very difficult for Chinese people to go to Germany.
Do they treat my boyfriend like a normal Chinese passport holder
or is it easier for him to go to Germany because he is holding a Japanese visa?
I already asked the embassy but they seam to be busy
and I am still waiting for an answer.

Thank you so much in advance :)

Sure, your boyfriend is a Chinese passport holder. But his Japan visa is helpful when apply for visa to Germany. For more details, you'd better refer to your German embassy.
