Take airport bus N21 from the airport to Wing Sing Lane Nanthan Road.
Hotel to the Peak: Take MTR from Yau Ma Tei to Admiralty. Then get out to find bus 15 the Peak directly. From the peak, you can take the same bus but get off at Lun Fat Street, Queen's Road East. Then walk toward to the harbor for a while. You will get to the Symphony of Light. Beside the expo, it is Wan Chai Ferry Terminal. You can take ferry there to Tsim Sha Tsui. Then walk to the Avenue of Stars.

You can watch Symphony of Light in the Avenue of Stars, so, do it in the first day. The Temple Street market is within walking ditance from your hotel. Wing Sing Lane is next to one end of the temple street.

Go to see the Venetain and City of Dreams at night in Taipa, Macau.

Back to China Ferry Terminal from Macau and then walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. Take Tsuen Wan Line to Lai King and then change to Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay. Finally, take special Disney MTR Line to Disneyland. Back to Sunny Bay after that, take Tung Chung Line to Tung Chung. Then take bus or Ngong Ping 360 cable to Ngong Ping Village (Bazaar, Giant Buddha/Polin Monastery). Suggest you go to Ngong Ping first, for you will not miss the fireworks show at night in Disneyland.
