About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

Hi, we have connected flight from Hong Kong through Beijing to Frankfurt (Germany). Arrival time in Beijing is 11:45 (Terminal 3), departure from Beijing (T3) is at 14:05. Do we have enough time to make a transfer? Is this International - International flight?
