You do not need visa to Hong Kong for 14 days if you hold Indian passport. but if you need to live there for more than 14 days, you are required to apply a visa in advance from a Chinese embassy/consulate/other visa center. For Shenzhen visa, you can apply at the Luohu port when you arrive.
