About:Top 9 Useful Shanghai Travel Tips

Are pre paid mobile phone cards easily available in Shanghai. Can these cards be used outside Shanghai like if I go to Chengdu and Xian, can I still used the same pre paid card or do I have to buy new cards over there.

The sim card for cell phone could be purchase anywhere in Shanghai, which could be used at any parts of China, of course Chengdu and Xian. But, the fee is a little higher in Chengdu and Xain.
