About:Chinese Embassy in Mexico

I am a Canadian citizen and a Mexican resident. Do I apply to a visa as a Mexican resident or as a Canadian? Thank you.

Which passport do you hold? If you hold a Canadian passport and now live in Mexico, you are required to provide the original Canadian passport and your Mexican residence permit.
