Don't know where Nanjing Hotel is located, guess it's on Nanjing Rd (E). you can take metro line 10 at the stop of nanjing Rd (E), where is a terminal of line 2 and line 10. take off at stop of Tian Tong LU. Go straigt ahead and turn left.about 5~10mins walk.

Tips:
1.Take care of bags/purse coz there're thiefs there
you will be easily their target as you're a freigner.
2.Bargain hardly. It's a free market. Cut off half price at the begining if the price is high and see how the vendors react. if you do like the goods, pretend you will go and see others if she/he insists the asking price. usually she/he will call you back, then you make the deal.
