I am visiting HK and Maccau in November with my friends, Can you please help me regarding the ferry to macau from HKIA is how far (i.e how do i reach the ferry terminal) and what are the various rates for them. Also can you please help me with the accommodations rates in Macau as i am interested in 3 star category hotels probably near the happening areas where we can easily access the casinos and the discos on foot either.
