About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi i'm malaysian (Singapore PR), holindg malaysia passport. Basically i reside in Singapore, but can I make china visa in malaysia (which is cheaper). I will be flying out from Singapore to China directly not via Malaysia. Is this legal to do so? Kindly advise as soon as possible

you can entrust your family or friends to help you with it through CVASC in Malaysia, and then send the visa to you if you are not required to have an interview.

yes.you can ask someone to do the visa for you in Msia and arrange to pass it to you
