About:China Visa Fees

Hello,

I entered China with a temporary z visa. The visa said it was valid for 000 days, but the officials told me that just meant I had to apply for a resident permit soon after entering China. Well, I just went with my boss to apply for the resident permit. It has been 34 days since I entered China. It turns out the temporary z visa was only valid for 30 days. I had to sign a document saying I will never break Chinese law again, and they put a mark on my record. Will this make it harder for me to get a visa the next time I apply?

It will make it harder for you to get a visa the next time you apply, but it is not a big problem, you just overstay Mailand China for 4 days, then apply for Residence Permit, if you doesn't have any other overstay record, which means you won't overstay in China again, you can still get a visa the next time.
