About:

I bought tickets from Shanghai to Beijing by D234 -train. I thought that the train will departure at Shanghai railway station, but my ticket says that the departure station is SHANGHAIHONGQIAO so which station it is? And how would i get there from People's Square? Also I will be arriving at Beijing South station at Beijing. Do you know is it along way from downtown.. I really appreciate your help.

Hi Mr.D, Shanghai Hongqiao Station is the railway station at Hongqiao Airport, you can take Subway Line 2 from People's Square to there. It is very convenient.

Beijing South Railway Station is in downtown area, Subway Line 4 can reach the city center.
