Hi am us citizen last year arrest in guanzhou for 6month I like to go back to china my preves visa l  was cancelled can I reinter to china?

Arrested for 6 months?? or do you mean you were arrested for 6 months overstay in China? In this case, you may in their system already, but you can have a try to apply for a new visa to China. If  they will issue you a visa, this is no problem.
