You can buy the rc helicopter at Longtian Model Plane at A-3 85 Yongjingyuan, Dongqu, Zhongshan(中山市东区雍景园置地广场A-3 85号).
For rolls of silk, if you buy in bulk, you can contact this company: Zhongshan Silk Import & Export Co., Ltd. Located at 28 Yuelai Nanlu, Shiqi, Zhongshan (广东省中山石岐悦来南路28号)

hallo michael, I was at the helicatopter shop yesterday evening. sadly it was closed. Do you know opening hours?
The Silk company I did not find. its very hard to tell the taxidriver when you don't speak chinese :-)
Is there a website in china like yellow pages in europe, where you can find adresses and fonenumbers of shops?0
